  • 1.     Employee Profile Field Added for Residential Interest

The ability to better identify employees that have an interest in residential type services may play an important role for staffing needs.

To assist in this identification, a new field has been added to the employee profile and is available within the “Other Information” section. The new field is presented as a checkbox that user may utilize if the employee is interested in residential type services.



Checking the new field will indicate that the employee is interested in residential type services. The new field is also display within the employee search grid in which the sorting feature may be used to provide preferred views.



When exporting the contents of the search grid, the new field is included in the export for the preferred resource such as Excel, XLS or PDF.

  • 2.     Employee Profile Field Added for Interested in Fill In

Similar to the new residential field, a second field providing the ability to better identify employees that have an interest in fill in work has been added. This field will assist in identifying those employees that may have availability to fill open shifts or last-minute needs.

The Interested in Fill In Work field is located within the employee demographic tab under the “Other Information” section.



Checking the Interested in Fill In Work indicates an employee that may have availability to fill in for open shifts. As with the residential interest field, this field is also available within the employee search grid and can be sorted.



When exporting the contents of the search grid, the interested in fill in work is included in the export for the preferred resource such as Excel, XLS or PDF. The export will contain a “Yes” or “No” text rather than a checkbox to indicate the field.

  • 2.     Mobile Application Update!!

We continue to make great progress on the development of our new mobile application!

Just in case you missed it!!

Our goal is to provide users the ability to complete all their work efficiently within the new mobile application by providing intuitive workflows and functions. This provides user more time to focus on providing the best possible services to their individuals.

Below are 3 sneak peek screen shots of the new mobile application. Please note the 3rd screen shot which is the newly redesigned, intuitive schedule page. At the bottom of that screen, the other areas that the mobile application will provide to users are listed (Action Center, Notes, Timesheets, and more)!
