1.            Drag and Drop Schedule Move Prohibited for Associated Timeclock

OnTarget is pleased to announce improvements to the Scheduling calendar functionality that streamlines the process for adjusting scheduled service dates.

Drag-and Drop Functionality

Currently, users can easily move scheduled service dates by employing a click-and-hold technique to drag the service to a new date.

This action automatically updates the scheduled service without requiring a manual save.

Please Note: OnTarget will perform validation checks against the updated scheduled date upon saving.

Restrictions on Moving Scheduled Services

If a scheduled service date is linked to a service note,OnTarget will prevent the movement of that service to a different date.Additionally, a new restriction has been implemented: users will also be unable to drag and drop scheduled services associated with a timeclock record. This ensures that the scheduled service date remains consistent with both the timeclock and service note dates.

If an attempt is made to move a scheduled service that is linked to a timeclock record or service note, OnTarget will retain the original scheduled date and not save the change.

Please Note: To modify the date of a scheduled service associated with a timeclock record, it is necessary to first remove the timeclock entry. Once removed, the scheduled service date can be updated as needed.
