1.    Manual Time clock Entry Restriction Update

OnTarget has implemented an update to the manual time clock entry system to prohibit users from logging time for future dates and times. This enhancement ensures compliance with the regulations governing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) services.

Users will encounter a time clock save error message when an attempt is made to save a record that includes a future date or time. Time clock entries are permitted for prior service dates as well as the current date; however, entries for future times on the current date – both start and end times – are now prohibited.

These new restrictions are designed to ensure that time clock records accurately reflect the actual time spent by users providing services that require timekeeping. This change aligns with the regulatory standards for EVV-compliant services.
