Deleting Overnight Schedules

Users can now delete schedules associated with overnight shifts directly within the mobile application. Utilizing the ellipsis button within the top right of a card within the Schedule or Notes pages providers users with the ability to delete the selected shift. Please Note: Access to delete scheduled shifts depends on the role configuration assigned to the logged in user. Selecting delete an overnight shift displays a warning offering the user an option to continue or cancel the deletion.

Scheduled overnight shifts are linked to provide enable automatic clock out > clock in

functionality when the service schedule requires a time clock. Deleting linked dates

for an overnight shift breaks the link resulting in disabling the automatic

clock out > clock in functionality between the 2 linked dates.

Schedule Time Change for Hourly Repeating Fields

When the end time of a time clock–required scheduled shift is modified after a service note with hourly repeating custom fields has been created—but before clock-out—the mobile application automatically updates the hourly time slots to align with the revised schedule.

This ensures that service notes stay aligned with the updated schedule and reduces the need for manual corrections. Users can confidently update schedule times knowing that hourly repeating documentation will reflect the correct time range.

Sign Note Page Update for Hourly Repeating Fields

The Sign Note page has been enhanced to support time updates directly within the workflow for service notes using hourly repeating fields. An Update Time option is now available, allowing users to apply time changes before signing the service note. Once applied, hourly entries are recalculated and validated, helping ensure all required data is complete prior to finalizing the note.

Updating the time within a service note in which hourly repeating custom fields are applied

results in a notification displayed within the mobile application informing the

user to review the hourly repeating time slots for completion of documentation.

Automatic Offline Mode Clock In / Out for Low Connection

The mobile application now more reliably manages transitions between online and offline states when capturing time clock data. In areas with limited or no connectivity, the application automatically detects the disruption and switches to offline mode, allowing users to perform clock-in and clock-out actions while securely storing data for later synchronization. Once reconnected and returned to online mode, the stored time clock data is synced with OnTarget, reducing the risk of missed or inaccurate entries due to connectivity issues.

Please Note: While the application automatically switches to offline mode, users must manually return to online mode by logging out or fully closing the application.

Session Time Out Updates

Session handling has been improved to automatically refresh active sessions while users are working in the application. This reduces the likelihood of unexpected logouts and minimizes disruptions during workflows such as documentation or time entry, providing a more consistent and reliable user experience.
