Zeroing Out A Note
Received an error note cannot be deleted with DMS attached to the note.
Caregiver completed a note with the wrong (service, duration, client) and wants to delete the note after it has been signed.
The caregiver will need to un-sign the note if the note has been approved by a supervisor it will need to unapproved before the caregiver can un-sign the note. Once the note has been un-sign the caregiver will need to zero out the note by making the duration zero. If the note is duration only the duration will need to be set to 0:00.
Once the note has been unapproved and un-signed the caregiver will need to adjust the start and end time of the note or duration and save the note. The start time and end time must be the same (Example: 2:00am - 2:00am).
Once the note has been zeroed out the note cannot be modified again. The caregiver will need to create a new note for the client with the correct information.
