01 Adding Sites

The Sites desktop is where company billing/site information is entered in OnTarget. This is where the provider’s site address (and other identifying information) are entered according to what is on file with the payers(s).

1. Click on Billing
2. Click on Sites
3. The Search Sites window should automatically appear; if it does not click Search Sites.

Helpful Hint: Filters are available for Site Name, Manager, Qualified Professional, Cost Center, Vendor, and Ownership status.

4. Click on Add Site.
5. Enter the Address including the City, State and Zip (must include Zip+4)

Helpful Hint: The address must match exactly what the payer has in your contract. This includes differences such as SUITE vs STE, or STREET vs ST, or LN vs LANE. The zip+4 must also match. These differences will cause denials on claims. If you have one site with several variations between payers, only add the site once with a valid address, and contact Aym Technologies to assist with updating Billing Configurations to match payer contracts.

6. The remaining site information is not required and is available for reference purposes only.
7. Click SAVE.
8. Once the site is saved, a Provider Assignments section will populate.
9. Select the Provider from the dropdown.

10. Next, select the Payer from the Drop Down.

11 Next, select the Billing Link from the drop down.

Helpful Hint: Please contact Aym Technologies if you are not sure which Billing Link to choose. In most cases, our team has already or will configure these for you.

12. Next, select the Billing or Attending checkbox.

Helpful Hint: Checking the Attending will require the taxonomy to be entered for the attending provider. Attending is chosen if the attending is always the same on every claim. Checking the Billing will ensure that information including taxonomy, and NPI will be sent as the Billing provider. If you have questions re: which to check, please contact Aym Technologies.

13. Click Save.
