Outcome Data Collection Update
1. Grid Note Updates – Interventions and Assessment Selections
OnTarget has upgraded the functionality for intervention and assessment data collection within grid notes, resulting in a more streamlined design and reduced processing times. This update enhances data reliability, specifically for multiple interventions and assessments, while also improving overall data entry efficiency.
The redesigned interface provides a clearer distinction between interventions, offering an improved user experience. Users are no longer required to interact solely with the slider to enable intervention data entry; they can now simply click on the intervention title to activate the slider. This functionality extends to check boxes associated with assessment values, further simplifying the data entry process.
The updated design significantly improves the identification of interventions and assessments that require data entry. For selected interventions not linked to configured key rules for an outcome, manual entry is necessary. The update introduces a clearly visible notification system to alert users when a manual assessment entry is required.
Furthermore, when outcome data is edited and subsequently removed, the mobile application will identify any required data entries, allowing users to easily recognize what information is needed for completion. This enhancement streamlines the data entry process and ensures accuracy in recording essential assessments.
We have enhanced the response time for outcome data collection within service notes. Users can now navigate through outcome entries more swiftly, resulting in a more efficient process for completing service notes. This improvement streamlines data entry, allowing for quicker and more accurate documentation.
To enhance the accuracy and reliability of outcome data entry in the OnTarget mobile application, we have implemented substantial improvements to the data collection functionality within grid notes.
For service notes associated with templates that mandate the selection of a single intervention and assessment, the application now automatically marks assessment values. This ensures that users input the required data accurately and consistently. These enhancements are designed to provide a more dependable user experience when recording and managing outcome data.
Additionally, we are including enhancements to our mobile application that enable users to confidently select multiple interventions and assessments for service notes. This feature supports the entry of multiple interventions and assessments, streamlining the documentation process.
Additionally, the application now automatically applies assessment entries based on predefined key rules for outcomes. Users can also select assessment values prior to the application of automatic assessments, offering greater flexibility and control.
These updates significantly improve the application's functionality and overall user experience.
