How to Add General Medical Information
Adding General Medical Info
The General tab is where any general medical information should be entered.
- With the client record open, click on Medical
- Click on the General tab
- Enter information into any of the available text fields.
- Note: narrative boxes available include Medical History, Communicable Diseases, Physical Disabilities, and Visual Impairments. A check box is included for Client Has Visual Impairments along with a text box.
- At the bottom of the window, there are check boxes related to mode of communication. Check boxes are available to best describe the client's mode of communication.
4. Click on the Save button
