05 How to Use the Reports Dashlet
The Reports dashlet allows users access to three different reports within the system. These reports are: Client Services, Treatment Plans, and Employee Certifications. In order to run any of the reports, first choose the appropriate report type, enter the necessary filter parameters and click on the Generate Report button
- Client Services Report: This report shows an overview of the service(s) authorized for clients, along with the start and end dates for authorization(s). Additionally, the report shows the total number of authorized units along with the units considered “In Process”, “Billed”, and “Remaining”. The report can be filtered by end date, cost center, client, service, supervisor and expiration status.
- Treatment Plans Report: This report provides an overview of the client treatment plans found within the system. Reports can be filtered by start/end date, cost center, service, client, supervisor, target population, and expiration (helpful for managing when plans will expire).
- Employee Certifications Report: This report provides an overview of the employee certifications with completion and expiration dates included. Reports can be filtered by expiration/completion/reminder date ranges, cost center, certification type, employee and supervisor.
