01 Mobile App Overview

App Download

• The OnTarget Mobile Application can be downloaded from the App Store for iOS mobile devices or from the Google Play store for Android devices.
• Using one of the application stores, search for ‘OnTarget’ to download and install the application to your mobile device. Once installed, the application is ready to open.

Device Access

• Upon opening OnTarget mobile, the application will send a request to your mobile device to allow access to your location. Allowing access while using the application will ensure that OnTarget mobile can obtain your device location for the purpose of transmitting the obtained location when providing service(s) that require a clock in and clock out process.
• The location obtained from your mobile device will be securely stored within OnTarget and only shared with the requiring authorities for services that require location reporting. The location information collected will not be shared with any person or entity (other than already noted) without authorization.
• Obtaining location information requested by OnTarget mobile will only occur when the application is being used for services that require clock in and clock out processes. The OnTarget application does not track your mobile device.

Logging In

• Once OnTarget mobile is opening, a log in page will appear requiring credentials. Login credentials require a username and password. These credentials are provided to you by the company / agency for which you perform or provide service-related functions.
• By touching / clicking the eye icon within the ‘Password’ field, the OnTarget application will display the password being entered or that has already been entered. This assists you in ensuring the correct password is being entered or has been entered.
• Access to OnTarget mobile is not permitted without correctly entered credentials. To assist in entering credentials, OnTarget mobile contains a built-in function that will allow your device to remember your username. Using the ‘Remember Me’ checkbox located directly below the
• ‘Password’ field will enable the application to store your username.

Please note: The ‘Remember Me’ function stores the username only and does not store your password. The OnTarget application also disallows your mobile device from storing your credentials. This aids in the security of the application and any data displayed within the application.
