Managing Schedules: Grid View Filters

Overview of the Grid View

Although the default scheduling view is the calendar view, there is an alternate view and method of schedule entry and management called the grid view. The Grid view offers additional filters and a grid- based view of schedules that may be a preferred method of entry and review in certain situations.

Manage Schedules from the Grid View

1. Click on Grid to manage schedules from the Grid view

While the Grid view offers much of the same functionality as the Calendar view, there are additional filters and corresponding columns that are available.

2. In order to access scheduled events from the Grid view, enter the desired filters and click on the Search button
