Webform Data Configuration
If you are subscribed to Webforms, you will have access to the Webforms Data icon. This feature allows you to view and manage both completed and incomplete webforms.
To get started, make sure the required permissions are enabled for any roles that need access.
- Go to Configure.
- Navigate to Security → Role Configuration.
- Open the Desktop tab.
- Enable the following permissions:
Webform Data -grants access to the Webform Data icon located in the left-side panel of the dashboard.
Webform Data DM -allows users to retrieve and upload completed webforms.
Save your changes once both options are selected.

Once the configuration has been saved:
- Return to your dashboard and select Menu Settings (bottom of screen).
- On the right side of the screen, locate Webforms Data.
- Click and drag Webforms Data to the left side of the screen.
- Click OK to save your changes.

Webform Data Filters
Use this tool to quickly check the status of forms—such as Signed, Submitted for Signatures, or Unsigned. You can apply the available filters to narrow your search and locate specific forms as needed.
The Webforms Data feature also serves as a valuable reporting tool, helping you identify outstanding forms that may require follow-up or attention.
Below are the available filter types you can use to further refine your search:

Below are examples of available filters and how they can be used:
Form Name:
Enter the name of a specific form used by your agency and click Search to display all forms created with that name.
Hint: Use the Add Filter option to search for multiple form names at once.
Doc Type:
Filter forms by type, such as employee supervision events, client assessments, consents, or incidents.
Doc Format:
Search by document format categories, such as client rights, disclosures, or intake forms.
Status:
Select the current status of the webform from the dropdown menu.
After applying your desired filters, click Search to view the results. You can open and review each form directly. To generate a report, click Export at the bottom of the page and download the data for further analysis, such as in Excel.

Use the icons next to each webform to perform available actions, such as Edit, Upload, Delete, or Print as PDF.
