10 Credential Types

Credential types provide a mechanism for filtering service authorizations based on the credentials associated with specified employee records.

The benefits of using Credential types in OnTarget are that once setup, they prevent staff from being scheduled for, viewing or documenting against services which they are not credentialed to provide

1)       Navigate to the Employee Desktop

2)       Select Credential Types (at the top)

3)       Select Add Credential Type > Enter a Description > Select the service(s) the employees can see.

a.       Any service(s) not selected means the employee will not be able to see notes or create notes for those services.

4)       Navigate to the Employee Record > Under Credential Types (bottom right), select the Credential Type

5)       Select Save
